Checklist

What do you need to get started with PinPoint?

  1. Time. We’ll need to meet with you and any other decision-makers in the organization. This can be done on the phone or in-person. About an hour.
  2. Audience. Who do you currently deal with? Who are you attempting to reach? What are your dreams?
  3. Features. We need to know all the features of your product(s) and/or service(s). Nothing too complex, just an overview of what you have to offer. And what makes you different.
  4. Competition. We research the people who offer similar products and services as part of our brand development process. We need to know their website URLs and/or their names. We’d love to have a list of (from your vantage point) what differentiates you from them. If you don’t know, we can help you.
  5. Logo. Do you have a logo or wordmark that you love? We’ll need to get it in a vector format (Illustrator, .ai, .eps). If you want it updated to something you’ll be proud of, we’ll either tweak what you have, or start over.
  6. Previous Promotional Materials. We want to see what you’ve done in the past (web or print) and whether you feel it worked well for you (or not). We’ll make sure all your future materials work hard to engage your audience.
  7. Patience. Good research, development and creative takes time. But you’ll find we can work with almost any deadline you have. Together we can determine a schedule that works for both of us.
